We love these paleo macaroons as a quick snack in the afternoon, or a satisfying after-dinner dessert.

What makes these macaroons so good?
Most macaroons are drowning in refined sugar. These use just a tiny spoonful of local honey and focus the taste on the coconut and chocolate, where it should be for a macaroon
Lots of customers use this as an on-the-go snack. Easy to pack and a delicious bite to eat when you just want a quick treat.
What s the best way to eat them? We like them straight out of the freezer. With no water to freeze them solid, the texture is just the right combination of chewy, sweet, and cold. Yum!
Do they have any gluten? Nope, all our products are free of gluten, grain, and dairy.
Most macaroons are 3 4s sugar, how do you make these without any refined sugar? After more attempts than we can count, we figured out a way to use the honey in combination with eggs that holds everything together and makes for a delicious combo.
What are the nibs for? Cacao nibs are straight dark chocolate with no sweetener. They balance out the honey and that deep chocolate taste adds a crunchiness to the experience you won t find in normal macaroons. Plus, the nibs gives these an antioxidant boost. A diet rich in antioxidants is a great way to maintain your health.
